What is a CISS or BioPrinter Continuous Ink Supply System?

A CISS is made up of a pack of cartridges attached to tanks by means of tubes. In this way, ink is supplied steadily and uninterruptedly to the cartridges.

How does the BioPrinter CISS system work?

With BioPrinter's CISS units, you will never have to change your printer cartridges again. You will only have to be aware that the ink tanks are not emptied and nothing else. The printer will absorb the ink from the tanks and automatically take it to the cartridges. From there it will go through the conduits to the print head.
